Hello,
I signed up at BoSCasino through the PayFair link today after I saw it on your homepage. I'd like to report here a problem with their casino.
I was playing Craps, and the software was vanishing money from my account balance. Below is an example of what happened twice:
I bet 25$ on pass line. Roll a 10. I buy the odds for another 75$ and continue rolling. While rolling, the casino disconnects. When I return to the casino my bets are OFF the table, the 75$ bet is returned to my balance and the $25 bet has vanished.
I contacted support the first time and was given a very fast reply (10 minutes) that everything was OK and my balance was normal and my bet should still be on the table. It wasnt, but I wasnt positive whether or not any my bet amount was missing from my balance, so I kept playing. Within 10 rolls more, this happened again and I paid close attention to my balance. Indeed, 75$ bet returned the my balance and the remaining 25$ was gone. I have written back again to the casino but now I dont get any reply at all. Granted, it has been only 5 hours, but given their superfast first response time I am quite suspicious as to what they are up to.
If you do choose to play here, I'd certainly advise you not to touch the Craps table. Im curious if this is true at other RTG casinos, although Ive never played RTG before, so maybe someone else could let me know. |

| It seems like maybe this problem has been resolved. It is hard to say since they dont have playcheck like Microgaming. Also their comps program does not credit points for odds bets on the crap table, only for the pass line bet. They said they updated to fix this but it still doesnt. |

Thanks for the heads up again.
I have also talked to support several times about this issue and have received a reasonable explanation.
I was also impressed with the swift replies from support - I never had to wait more than up to an hour!!
