The following are the terms and conditions of the “Every Card Wins” promotion (the “Promotion”). The Promotion shall be organized by Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited (the “Promoter”).Your participation in the Promotion shall be deemed to constitute your complete acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below.

1. Entry to the Promotion is available only to persons over the age of 18 who do not have any previous account with the Promoter at any of the Promoter's gaming websites. You may be asked at any stage to provide the Promoter with a proof of age and/or identity.
2. Employees and relatives of employees of the Promoter and any entities affiliated or related to the Promoter shall not be eligible to enter the Promotion. For the purposes herein, the term “relative” shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
3. Each entrant shall only be entitled to make one entrance to the Promotion and may receive only one Bonus Prize as such term is defined below. Moreover, only one person per household or per computer terminal shall be allowed to enter the Promotion. In the event that the Promoter deems in its absolute discretion that an entrant has violated these terms and conditions in any way, including without limitation by multiple registrations for the Promotion, or has executed any other act in bad faith in relation to the Promotion, such entrant shall be excluded from the Promotion and therefore become ineligible to win the Bonus Prize. In the event that the Promoter believes an entrant is abusing or attempting to abuse the Promotion, then the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, deny, withhold or withdraw from such entrant the Bonus Prize and any subsequent accumulated winnings.
4. The Promotion shall commence on May 4, 2010 and shall end on June 4, 2010 (the “Promotion Period”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Promoter may decide in its absolute discretion to conclude the Promotion immediately at any time, and in any event shall stop the Promotion after 50,000 entrants have registered. The Promoter also reserves the right to prolong the Promotion Period at its sole discretion.
5. In order to enter the Promotion and receive the Bonus Prize, an entrant must download the Promoter's casino client and open a new user account with the Promoter.
6. Upon registration with the Promoter during the Promotion Period, and without any requirement to make a deposit in the newly opened user account, entrants shall be entitled to a free bonus prize of $/€/£ 5 /10/15/20/ 1000 (in accordance with the currency the entrant has registered to) (the “Bonus Prize”) in addition to the standard sign on bonus which the Promoter regularly provides to its new members following their first deposit.
7. The exact amount of the Bonus Prize that each entrant shall receive will be randomly determined by the Promoter and illustrated to the entrants by means of a free online scratch card appearing on the screen immediately after the entrant's registration has been confirmed.
8. The entrants' bankroll shall be funded immediately with the $/€/£ 5 Bonus Prize; in the event an entrant is entitled to more than a $/€/£ 5 Bonus Prize the remaining amount shall be paid by the Promoter as soon as reasonably practicable.    
9. The Bonus Prize and any accumulated winnings can be cashed out only after an entrant has made the required minimum deposit into his/her account (also applies to ‘bonus by serial' registration) and has wagered an amount totaling 60 times the amount of the Bonus Prize. For the avoidance of doubt, the wagering requirements for the sign on bonus that an entrant receives upon his/her first deposit shall be calculated independently and in accordance with the Promoter's standard “Bonus Policy”.
10. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to revoke the Bonus Prize and any accumulated winnings of any entrant not fully meeting the wagering requirements mentioned above and/or not making a deposit into his/her account before June 25, 2010.
11. All bets placed on Baccarat, Roulette, Roulette like and Craps will not be counted toward the wagering requirements for the Bonus Prize.
12. All bets via low-risk wagering in all versions of all Blackjack will not be calculated as a valid wager with regard to Bonus Prize cash out requirements. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold any amount in excess of the entrant's original deposit from such entrant's withdrawal if the play Bonus Prize is wagered on any of the foregoing games.
13. This Promotion shall be open only to players who are located at the time of their registration to the Promotion in the following countries: the United Kingdom, Canada, , France, Austria, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Portugal, Malta, Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Iceland,  and Switzerland. The Promoter will not in any event pay the Bonus Prize to any person who registered to the Promotion from outside the foregoing territories, even if he or she enters the Promotion in spite of this provision. For the avoidance of any doubt, only if both an entrant's IP and registration country match one of the countries listed herein shall such entrant be eligible to enter the Promotion and receive the Bonus Prize. Should the Promoter mistakenly pay out the Bonus Prize to a person located in any country not included in the Promotion, such Bonus Prize and any accumulated winnings shall be immediately revoked by the Promoter.
14. In order to be eligible to receive the Bonus Prize all entrants must register for the Promotion with valid and accurate personal details (full name, address, email and telephone number). Should the Promoter deem in its sole discretion that any of the registered information that an entrant provides to the Promoter is untrue, inaccurate, misleading or otherwise incomplete, such entrant will not be eligible for the Bonus Prize. In the event the Bonus Prize has already been paid out by mistake, such money and any accumulated winnings shall be immediately revoked by the Promoter.
15. By entering the Promotion each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion and the awarding of the Bonus Prize, along with the “888 Group Operated Sites and Services End-User License Agreement” (the “EULA”) and the Promoter's standard “Bonus Policy” which apply to the Promotion. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of the Promotion and the provisions contained in the EULA or the Bonus Policy, the terms and conditions of the Promotion shall prevail.
16. During the Promotion Period the Promoter shall not enable money transfers, nor shall it allow any other registration bonus.
17. The general minimum cash-out amount set by the Promoter may change for the Promotion Period.
18. Your participation in the Promotion will be deemed to be your agreement for the Promoter to use your name, likeness and image for promotional purposes without the requirement for any payment and you hereby grant the Promoter the right to do so should you win the Bonus Prize
19. The winners of the Bonus Prize may be requested to send their photos to the Promoter and shall fully cooperate with the Promoter's representatives in such regard.
20. By entering the Promotion each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless the Promoter, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages whatsoever arising out of the Promotion or the awarding of the Bonus Prize.
21. The Promoter’s decision is final with respect to all matters relating to awarding of the Bonus Prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or by any third party.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and in its sole discretion.
23. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion if, in the sole judgment of the Promoter, the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified.
24. These terms and conditions have been drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of these terms and conditions and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.
25. These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gibraltar and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Gibraltar courts.
26. In the event that your account is at any point associated with other accounts that have also participated in this promotion, we reserve the right to terminate your membership and the membership of the associated accounts, and retain any funds from said accounts.
